Path description

Cross Aboyne Bridge and at the junction with B976 turn left. Keep on the pavement for 150 m until the pavement runs out. Cross the road onto a private road with a 20mph sign. Follow this for 700 m keeping left on bends and continue ahead between fields turning right and then over a bridge and follow the Fungle path up alongside the Alt Dinnie burn for 300m before taking the right-hand fork at a fingerpost up to a Land Rover track.  Turn right and follow this for a kilometre until reaching a turning area close to the main road.  Continue along the narrower path parallel with the road, which after another kilometre reaches the South Drive of Glen Tanar Estate, where an Estate map is displayed.
